Music composer Yashraj Mukhate has collaborated with cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar in his latest. This time, Mukhate has made a earworm using just one word uttered by Sachin – “Pachas” or 50 – in a wordplay as the sporting genius celebrates his 50th birthday today.

The highly entertaining collaboration between the two appears to be part of #SachinxMeta campaign. Sharing the collaboration video on his Instagram account, Mukhate wrote, “Life ki highlight me jayegi ye cheez, ki Sachin sir ke 50th birthday ke liye unke saath gaana banaya tha (It will be among my life’s highlights that I made a song with Sachin sir on his 50th birthday)!♥️ #50ForSachin #HappyBirthdaySachin #SachinxMeta #SachinxYashrajMukhate #YashrajMukhate #Pachaas”.

The video has already gathered over 80,000 likes since its release a few hours ago. Commenting on it, author Abhinav Chandel wrote, “This is absolutely pachaas… I mean jhakaas!!😂”. Another person said, “Oh this must have become a core memory in your head now ❤️more power to you man”.

Earlier in February, as Shah Rukh Khan’s movie Pathan broke box office records with sold-out shows, Mukhate came out with his version of ‘Jhoome Jo Pathaan’. Impressed with this take on the song, Vishal Dadlani – who composed it with his partner Shekhar Ravjiani – commented on Mukhate’s video and asked him to make the full song, even promising a collaboration on it.

Mukhate first gained viral fame in 2020 with the ‘Rasode mein kaun tha’ video, in which he turned a popular scene from the famous TV drama Saath Nibhaana Saathiya into a catchy tune.
