Ek Machchali Viral Game
Growing up in the 90s introduced people to a sea of fun games like “Gilli Danda”, “Hide and Seek”, “Kho Kho”, and others. However, the digital age restricted many to their mobile phones–adding up to their screen time. While a section of the 90s born are content in the social media bubble, others still reminisce about the “good old days”–when outdoor games brought some quirk to life. Well, if you are done with your PlayStation and other online games, the internet has found a hilarious game–Ek Machhli Paani Mein Gai, Chappak–that has Instagram users engrossed.
What birthed Ek Machhali Paani Me Gai, Chappak game?
Although the viral game is now being shared by several Instagram users, it is believed that it was first shared by a content creator, Maan Tomar. The text on the video read, “She: He must me (be) cheating on me. Meanwhile He: With his friends.”
The game can be played with as many people, seated in a circle. One member of the group starts by saying “Ek machhali.” The next member needs to enact and say, “Paani mein gayi.” The third member continues with a clap and says, “Chappak.” But this is not it. The game continues with the fourth member who carries forward the fun with “Do machchali.”
