Suki Waterhouse recently pulled a playful prank on her fiancé, Robert Pattinson, the video of which has now gone viral. In the light-hearted video for Elle, the actress-singer prank-called Pattinson, pitching an unexpected job offer: co-hosting Love Is Blind together, a Netflix dating show.
“Isn’t that so cool?” she asks, but Pattinson, confused, replies, “Which one’s Love Is Blind, again?” Waterhouse reminded him about the show––where contestants date without seeing each other––calling it a “sociological experiment”. She even says the show is “quite beautiful in lots of ways”.
Though initially intrigued, Pattinson grew sceptical when Waterhouse suggested they could host it as a couple. “Darling, have you gone mad?” he asked, starting to realise something was up. Waterhouse tried to keep a straight face, but Pattinson caught on, finally asking, “Are you joking? Is this whole thing a joke?”
When she confirmed it was, Pattinson said he was going to say, “Babe, if you think this is right for you —” before she cut him off saying, “I know you’re so sweet! I love you. Thank you.”

The video was shared by @FilmUpdates on X with a caption that reads, “Suki Waterhouse prank calls Robert Pattinson for Elle Magazine,” and has received more than 9.5 million views. Numerous viewers expressed their love for the couple in the comments section.
One X user wrote, “Starting to realise i have no idea what robert pattinson sounds like outside of a movie role cause why does he speak like peppa pig.” Another individual commented, “look at me smiling cheek to cheek they’re adorable.” A third user said, “I feel like this is the most English he’s ever sounded.”
