How Amazon users are panning Samsung’s 105-inch 4K Ultra HD TV

In the case of Samsung's 105-inch 4K Ultra HD TV, the questions and answers on the Amazon.com are rather hilarious

On an Amazon product page, the questions and answer section can be important fairly important if one wants to get a sense of how good or bad the product has been for other customers. But in the case of Samsung’s 105-inch 4K Ultra HD TV, the questions and answers on the Amazon.com are rather hilarious as some witty users have taken to trolling the Korean tech giant’s large and expensive TV.

Samsung’s TV costs around $120,000 which is a little more than Rs 76 lakh in India. The TV went on sale in the US last year.  Given the size and price of the TV, Amazon users have taken to mockery.

One of the ‘reviews’ for the TV reads, “The black levels and color depth on this TV are pretty good for the price. However, the small screen size is a deal breaker. I recommend buying an IMAX theater instead.”

Another one reads, “Great as a second monitor.”  And yet another says, “Picked up 3 of these and I have them in a circle around my toilet. Its a very immersive experience.”

Of course, none of these are verified buy reviews which means none of these users has bought it. Again not everyone can afford to buy this TV.

The trolls however have not stopped with their ‘reviews.’ Where FAQs about the product are concerned, the questions and answers are just as outrageous. Sample this one seemingly genuine question, “Does the remote come with batteries??” The answer “It’s powered by tears.”

Another question says “If I turn the brightness up too much, will the curvature focus the light and cause spontaneous fusion?” A user named metallica100 answers, “Yes it will, it’s the perfect temperature to roast marshmellows.”

One user asked if the TV is “wall-mountable” to which a user named James M Brown replied, “It is Great Wall mountable per the manufacturer. I cannot comment on a typical home wall as I sold mine to buy the TV.”

Finally someone asked “Does it come with a Bentley?” to which the reply was “No, but it is delivered in a Bentley.”
