Vi updates prepaid recharge plans with unlimited 4G data

Just weeks after the soft launch of its 5G network in select circles, Vodafone Idea (Vi) has introduced updated prepaid recharge plans with unlimited 4G data. Vi currently offers 13 different plans that provide unlimited 4G data. Depending on the circle, Vi either offers unlimited 4G data for half a day (from midnight to noon) in circles such as Maharashtra, Delhi, and Goa, or unlimited 4G data for the entire day in circles like Karnataka, and Andra Pradesh.

While these are not entirely new plans, the company has updated the benefits of existing recharge plans to include unlimited 4G data along with other features, such as unlimited calls and up to 100 SMS per day. Unlike the unlimited 5G data offered by Airtel and Jio, which is available only for users with 5G smartphones, Vi’s latest recharge plans allow users with 4G phones to enjoy unlimited data.
