India to establish LIGO to study gravitational waves: PM Narendra Modi
India has decided to establish a Laser Interferometer Gravitational-Wave Observatory where gravitational waves can be studied.
In his radio programme Mann ki Baat, Narendra Modi said Indian scientists are also in the research team that studied gravitational waves. India has decided to establish a Laser Interferometer Gravitational-Wave Observatory (LIGO), where gravitational waves can be studied, Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced today.
