Similarly, it also logs the activation date of the battery, and this information is now accessible to the user, providing details about the actual activation date of the iPhone.

Lastly, the battery cycle indicates the number of charges and discharges. A single battery cycle represents one complete charge and discharge, and the new iPhone batteries are designed to retain over 80 per cent of their charge capacity after 500 cycles.
