Every year Google uses I/O to preview the latest developments in software and hardware, such as Android and Pixel devices.

Google I/O 2023 launch event will commence on May 10th at 10:30 PM IST in India. The event will be live-streamed on YouTube. Besides that, this year’s I/O will be streamed online through Google’s various social media handles. Users can also sign up at io.google.com to get all the latest updates.
At I/O, Google is expected to announce a lot of new software and hardware products. Google is likely to announce Android 14, and the beta version of the same will be available for a range of Android devices. Similarly, we could also see Google sharing more information on Bard, the generative AI from Google, similar to ChatGPT. On top of that, Google is also likely to announce new search engine features, apps, and other services and will even demonstrate all of these at the developer’s conference.
In terms of hardware, Google has already confirmed that the Pixel 7a, Pixel Fold, and Pixel Pad will go official on May 10th. Some of these products are likely to be on sale in India on May 11th. Similarly, we could also see products like the Pixel Buds A 2nd Gen, an affordable TWS-style earphone from Google.
