Canva, the online collaboration platform with millions of users worldwide, released its second annual Visual Economy report on Wednesday. The report aims to understand how Indian business leaders are using AI to streamline their workflows, boost productivity, and gain insights into the use of visual communication tools in the workplace.

According to the survey, almost three-quarters (73 per cent) of Indian respondents said the use of visual communication tools helped their organisations accelerate content creation and improve team collaboration. About 70 per cent of Indian business leaders said they will invest more in such technologies this year.

With layoffs affecting several verticals and budgets shrinking, almost 89 per cent of leaders said they want to try using AI tools to accelerate content production. While 92 per cent believe AI helped them increase content quality, many are concerned about plagiarism and bias. Around 81 per cent are worried about job loss.
