Krafton’s Battlegrounds Mobile India has finally made its official comeback. Users can now download version BGMI 2.5 from respective app stores and experience the new and updated Indianized PUBG Mobile. The updated version includes a new map and additional in-game events. Besides, the studio is also offering up to four rewards, including free permanent skins to celebrate its comeback.

Following the regulations set by the Indian government, Krafton has imposed a limited playtime of 3 hours for players aged below 18, while the limit is set to 6 hours for anyone over the age of 18.

BGMI 2.5 introduces a new map called Nusa. It is a 1×1 map of a resort island located in a tropical zone and is said to be the most miniature map in the game and each match on this map lasts only about 8 minutes. The map also brings several new features, including a new zipline and elevators that can be installed in hotels for quick transportation across the island. Moreover, the map introduces a super recall feature, new weapons, and new vehicles.

Apart from the new map, BGMI has made minor updates to the existing maps as well. Livik receives improved textures, and Miramar gets new supply shops.

Krafton has also introduced new in-game events with the version 2.5 update. These events include Underworld Unleashed, Race To The Top In Battlegrounds, Hot Drop Into The Battlegrounds, Gameplay Glory, and more. The update also introduces several new premium skins, such as the New X-Suit: Stygian Liege X-Suit, Moondrop Eterna, and Spectral Swan.
