Obsessed with your smartphone? But have trouble reading or playing games when you’re eating a meal. No worries, someone in China has come up with a solution for this.

According to the DailyDot, these colourful bowls have a carefully created slot on one side, which will let users dock in their iPhone or Android device, thus giving them a perfect reading angle while they slurp on Ramen noodles or in case of those in India, dip some naan into a big bowl of curry or dal.

Of course, there’s the risk that if you’re a sloppy eater, some of the food must just reach the screen. Additionally we can imagine that you will not be able to move the bowl around too much for fear of the phone falling into your dinner. The bowls are available on Chinese website Taobao.
