After Galaxy S6, M9+, G4, it was now Sony's turn to unveil its latest flagship smartphone in India. Sony today at an event in New Delhi launched the Xperia Z3+ at a price of Rs 55,990. The Z3+ shares the trademark design of Z series Xperia smartphones and is the only flagship device in the market to be water and dust proof, despite housing a capless USB port. It runs on a 64 bit octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 CPU with 3GB RAM and 32GB internal memory which can be expanded up to 128GB. Running on Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system, it sports a 5.2-inch 1080p Full HD TRILUMINOS display. It comes with a 20.7MP f rear camera and a 5MP f front camera, Powered by a 2,930 mAh battery, the device houses a single SIM card slot with support for 4G connectivity. Other connectivity features include Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS/ A-GPS, Glonass, Micro-USB, DLNA and NFC. The device will be available from July 26 in Aqua Green, Black, Copper, and White colour options.
