Micromax has announced it will commence registrations for its latest flagship Canvas 6 from May 4. The registrations for Canvas 6 starts on Micromax’s own e-store.
Micromax Canvas 6 comes with full metal unibody design and sports a fingerprint scanner. It comes with fully laminated 5.5-inch IPS display, and is powered by 1.3GHz octa-core MediaTek processor.
It also has 3GB RAM and 32GB expandable storage. On the camera front, there is a 13MP rear camera with f/2.0 aperture with phase detection autofocus and LED flash. The front camera is an 8 megapixel one.
Micromax Canvas 6 runs Android 5.1 Lollipop and features an unique ‘Around’ service. The device priced at Rs 13,999 is backed by a 3000mAh battery.
Micromax had announced the Canvas 6 and Canvas 6 Pro last month at a grand event where the company also launched a number of other products, 20 to be precise).
Canvas 6 Pro is a non-metal version of this smartphone, which comes with 4GB RAM, 16GB storage compared to the Canvas 6. The Pro version also gets a smaller five megapixel camera. Micromax has priced both smartphones the same.
