Lava has announced A72 and A76 smartphones with 4G in India. Lava says its latest smartphones will allow customers to upgrade to 4G technology for superfast internet connectivity.

Lava will be launching another 4G enabled smartphone, A89 in the coming weeks. With these three smartphones, Lava has six smartphones in its 4G portfolio.

Lava A76 features a 4.5-inch display while A72 and A89 come with a 5-inch display. All the three smartphones are powered by a 1.5GHz quad core processor coupled with 1GB RAM and 8GB expandable storage.

All three smartphones are currently running Android 5.1 Lollipop. The company says A72 and A89 will get guaranteed upgrade to Android 6.0 Marshmallow which could also mean that A76 will never see Android OS updates.

On the camera front, all the three devices feature 5MP rear camera with LED flash. Lava A72 gets a 5MP front camera, A76 has a VGA front camera while A89 sports a 2MP front camera with LED flash.

Lava A72 is backed by 2500mAh battery, A76 gets a 1850mAh while A89 has a 2000mAh Li-Ion battery. Lava A72 is priced at Rs 6,499, A76 costs Rs 5,699 while A89 will retail at Rs 5,999.
