Suno is a free text-to-music generator that can make new music in a couple of seconds. While it requires users to sign in using their email, Discord, Gmail or Microsoft account, the AI-powered tool lets users choose if they want an instrumental track or one with lyrics.

You can also copy the song link or download it to add to your video or listen whenever you want. In case you want basic music generation capabilities, the service is also available as a plugin in Microsoft Copilot. The only downside is that the free version is limited to 50 songs per month, but you can bypass it by purchasing a subscription that starts from $8 per month.

Looking for an AI music generator that doesn’t require you to sign up? Try SongR, a browser-based tool that lets you create new music in mere seconds. Just choose your favourite music genre, add a couple of keywords and SongR will automatically generate the lyrics for you. And for those wondering, users can also add their own lyrics and ask the AI bot to create music that fits your theme.

Developed MusicFX is another free AI music generation tool that can be accessed from the web. While MusicFX can easily generate music in seconds, the songs lack vocals and the maximum length is limited to 70 seconds. It isn’t available in India as of now.

Riffusion takes a different approach compared to the aforementioned music generators. Instead of telling what type of music they want, users start by typing the lyrics, after which the AI tool generates music it thinks best fits the track.

While you don’t need to sign up for the service, creating an account offers more functionalities like the ability to download select parts of the track. However, these tracks are only 12 seconds in length, making them perfect to add to reels or parts of a video.

Beatoven.ai

Beatoven.ai is another free-to-use text-to-music generator that lets you generate copyright-free music in a few seconds. Unlike some above-mentioned services, Beatoven.ai requires users to sign up for the platform to start making music.

Once done, Beatoven.ai will ask users what they want the music for, after which you will be able to type in the top search bar so it can generate music on your behalf. The AI tool generates three alternate tracks in case you don’t like the first one and even lets you change the genre and the instruments used on the go.
