After opening their medal account action continues thick and fast for the Indian contingent at Paris 2024. Here's a look at the schedule.

SHOOTING

10m Air Rifle Women’s Final: 1 pm IST

Ramita Jindal

On one side there was heartbreak for Elavenil but a superb turnaround after a slow start saw Ramita qualify for final. She overcame the heartbreak of the mixed event and now stands a chance to win a medal.

SHOOTING

10m Air Rifle Men’s Final: 3.30 pm IST

Arjun Babuta

Arjun, along with Ramita, was on the brink of a medal match in the mixed team event. But like his partner, Arjun course corrected to make it to the individual final.

ARCHERY

Men’s team event: QF to medal matches, From 6.31 pm IST

Tarundeep Rai, Dhiraj Bommadevara, Pravin Jadhav

There was heartbreak for the women’s team. Now, it is over to the men’s team, seeded third, to look to end India’s long wait for an archery medal. They’ll play the QF against the winner of Colombia vs Turkey.

BADMINTON

Group stage: From 12:00 pm IST

Lakshya Sen, Ashwini-Tanisha

After solid wins in their opening group-stage matches, Lakshya Sen will be looking to keep up the momentum. For Ashwini-Tanisha, who lost their first match, another tough test awaits.

Satwik and Chirag will not be in action on Monday as their German opponents are out of the tournament due to an injury to Mark Lamsfuss. This also means that Group C is now effectively a 3-pair group with the German matches not being taken into account. Top two will still qualify for the knockouts

A thrilling win against New Zealand shouldn’t mask the fact that India weren’t at their best in the opener. They’d have to come up with improvements quickly in another tricky test against Argentina.

Manika Batra

On her return to the Olympic Games, Manika Batra was pushed by Anna Hursey, but showed composure to get past the opening round along with Sreeja Akula. In the round of 32 Manika takes on France’s Prithika Pavade

Men’s synchronised 10m platform final: 1pm

Britain’s Tom Daley will hope to defend his synchronised 10m platform gold alongside new partner Noah Williams with stiff competition from Chinese duo Yang Hao and Lian Junjie.

ARTISTIC GYMNASTICS

Men’s team all-round final: 9 pm

Simone Biles notwithstanding, the men’s team final could be the most enthralling gymnastivs event in Paris. Defending champions Japan are set to do battle with China for the gold.

SWIMMING

Women’s 400m Individual Medley: 12am (Tuesday)

SUMMER MCINTOSH

17-year-old Canadian sensation Summer Mcintosh, fresh off a silver medal in the 200m freestyle, takes part in the 400m individual medley, in which she is a world record holder. She will later take part in the women’s 200m freestyle.
