New Zealand fast bowler Mitchell McClenaghan, who was retained by defending champions Mumbai Indians (MI) ahead of Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020, on Wednesday liked a tweet in which a Twitter user wrote that Indian skipper Virat Kohli is his bunny in IPL.

McClenaghan has dismissed Kohli four times across five seasons. He also liked a tweet that compared his statistics with MI’s new recruit Boult.

Kohli, the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) skipper is a leading run-scorer in the IPL with 5,412 runs from 177 matches. He has scored at an average of 37.84, and has smashed five centuries and 36 half-centuries. McClenaghan is MI’s fourth-highest wicket-taker, with 71 wickets from 56 games, since he made his debut in 2015.
Since McClenaghan’s debut, no overseas bowler has taken more wickets than him. He is followed by West Indies’ Dwayne Bravo and South Africa’s Imran Tahir who have taken 62 wickets during this period.
