A meeting of the BJP core committee will be held this evening to discuss the allegations of corruption against Karnataka Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa,party President Nitin Gadkari said here today. We will discuss the matter and verify it," Gadkari told reporters at the state BJP headquarters here. Earlier today,Yeddyurappa - mired in charges of corruption and nepotism - dismissed reports that Gadkari and RSS were "unhappy" with him. "The JD-S,under the leadership of Congress in Delhi,has repeatedly tried to destabilise the BJP-led Karnataka government," Gadkari alleged. Yeddyurappa has come under attack from the Opposition that is seeking his ouster over alleged land scams and has questioned the allotment of land to a firm,partnered by his two sons. Meanwhile,Gadkari took on Congress and demanded a probe into the Commonwealth Games and Raja spectrum scams. On allegations that he owned a flat in the controversial Adarsh housing society,Gadkari asserted,"I am not directly or indirectly connected with it. Let an inquiry take place."
