Stalin undergoes angiogram; Party says he is normal

"He (Stalin) is normal and will be discharged either tonight or tomorrow," T R Baalu said.

Senior DMK leader and son of party patriarch M Karunanidhi,M K Stalin today underwent an angiogram at a city hospital where he was admitted following complaint of uneasiness.

“He (Stalin) is completely normal and will be discharged either tonight or tomorrow,” DMK Parliamentary Party leader T R Baalu said.

58-year old former Deputy Chief minister Stalin was taken to a private hospital after he complained about uneasiness for the last two days,party sources said.

“He went to a private hospital for general check-up where doctors advised him to undergo angiogram. Since the test revealed there was no problem,doctors said Stalin could return home,” a DMK statement here said.

Karunanidhi visited Stalin at the hospital.
