The Congress leader said though he had always been receiving a lot of flak for criticising RSS,but was always proved correct. “Whenever I say anything about the RSS I face a lot of criticism, but subsequently I have always been proved right,” he asserted.

Singh charged the state Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government with not fulfilling most of the promises made since the 2003 Assembly elections.

The BJP promised to waive loans up to Rs 50,000 of farmers but it has done nothing of that kind. The party had also made tall promises about improving the conditions of roads, electricity and water in the state,he said.

“It is really sad to see that the BJP has miserably failed on all these fronts and yet it makes claims about developing Madhya Pradesh,” he said.
