L K Advani's air-conditioned rath,which was flagged off yesterday from Chapra had developed some technical snag that forced Sushma Swaraj and Arun Jaitley to alight,BJP MP Ananth Kumar clarified here. The generator of the bus had developed a snag that resulted in the leakage of carbon monoxide gas and moreover the exhaust was too not working properly,Kumar,the convener of Advani's Yatra,told reporters here. He said both Swaraj and Jaitley,who were sitting in the rear portion of the vehicle complained of nausea due to it and thus they alighted from the vehicle midway yesterday on the Mahatma Gandhi setu here. The problem was attended to in Patna and things have been set right for onward journey,he added. Kumar made these clarifications during Advani's press conference here.
