Prime Minister A.B. Vajpayee today said that the Government has been working towards getting the approval of political parties for the release of the contentious Women’s Reservation Bill.
‘‘Talks are going on with political parties. We hope by the end of this session, something will come out,’’ he told the Rajya Sabha. Vajpayee was responding to queries of women members. In a lighter vein PM said, ‘‘Women should not feel that men don’t bother about them,’’ as he pledged his Government’s support for the Bill.
