In a move which announces the formal foray of Wi-Fi Alliance into the Indian market, the global, non-profit industry association devoted to promoting the growth of wireless Local Area Networks (WLANs) has selected Wipro Technologies to become an authorized pre-certification test lab.
This move will make Wipro only the third company in the world to pre-test products for Wi-Fi Alliance members who are planning to pursue Wi-Fi certification.
