It promises to be a birthday bash for all to remember, what with 10 former Union ministers, three former chief ministers, a representative of the Pope, the inimitable Laloo Prasad Yadav and Tamil mega star Rajnikant among the invitees.

The guest list of AICC secretary T. Subbarami Reddy’s 60th birthday party on September 17 also includes Sri 1008 Sushmeendra Theertha Sripadulavaru from Raghavendra Swamy Mutt, Mantralayam, Shahi Imam Hazrat Mulana Syed Ahmed Bukhari from Jama Masjid, representative of Pope John Paul II from Vatican Arch Bishop Pedro Lopez Quintana and Sant Baba Ratansingji from Nanded Gurudwar.

The celebrations are titled Sarva Dharma Sama Bhaavan Sammelan. The function will have two parts — morning sessions with about 20 chief priests of prominent temples, including G.R. Narayanacharyulu (Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam), A. Raman Namboodri (Ayyappa Swami Devalayam, Sabarimalai), D.S. Patak from Shirdi Sai Sansthan, Shirdi and Ramachandra Das Mahapatra from Jagannadha Swami Temple, Puri among others, to be honoured at Kalabharati auditorium.

The second session, from 5 pm at Gurajada Kalakshetram, will have former Lok Sabha Speaker Shivraj Patil, former Union ministers R.K. Dhawan, Jayanti Natarajan, K. Natwar Singh, Ghulam Nabi Azad and Priya Ranjan Dasmunsi, Vayalar Ravi, Sunil Dutt, Jayaprada, Renuka Chowdhary and CLP Leader YS Rajasekhar Reddy.
