Yehbi.com acquires jewellery e-retailer ‘Stylishyou.in’

E-commerce firm Yebhi.com today announced acquisition of jewellery e-retailer 'Stylishyou.in' for an undisclosed amount.

E-commerce firm Yebhi.com today announced acquisition of jewellery e-retailer ‘Stylishyou.in’ for an undisclosed amount.

“Yebhi.com has acquired complete stake in Stylishyou.in. The deal size is in line with other deals that have happened in the online retail space in the past,” Bigshoebazaar India Pvt Ltd Co-Founder Manmohan Agarwal said without divulging financial details.

Bigshoebazaar is the parent company of Yebhi.com and the deal comprises of cash and equity,he said.

Founded by Shraddha Danani,Stylishyou.in sells branded and designer jewellery and accessories.

Last year,Infosys Technologies FounderNarayan Murthy owned Catamaran Ventures and Nexus Venture Partners had picked up 20 per cent stake in Bigshoebazaar India Pvt Ltd that sells apparel,shoes and accessories online for Rs 40 crore.

While Catamaran Ventures had picked up 13 per cent stake in the online firm for Rs 26 crore,Nexus Venture Partners had picked up 7 per cent stake for Rs 14 crore.

In 2010,Nexus had invested Rs 10 crore in Bigshoebazaar India.
