Director Vikram Bhatt, who is ready with India’s first stereoscopic 3D film Haunted 3D,hopes that the film gets a good opening. “I have put in a lot of effort to make this film. I hope it gets a reception like a Hollywood film. Hollywood’s 3D films are made on a budget of $200 million but I have made this film only with Rs eight and a half crore. So I will feel honoured if it does well at the box office,” he stated.

Apart from its Hindi version,Haunted 3D will be dubbed in Tamil and Telugu and will be released on May 6 simultaneously with the Hindi version. Vikram also plans to dub the film in Spanish as he feels that horror movies are in great demand with the Latin American crowd. The Spanish version is still in the dubbing process and its release date is yet to be finalised.
