These builders are like rats8230; hold them by their tails, Shiv Sena executive president Uddhav Thackeray thundered while leading a party demonstration against builders and real estate developers outside the office of the Maharashtra Housing Area and Development Authority MHADA in the Bandra area of Mumbai. Hearing this,the face of former chief minister Manohar Joshi,standing near him,turned pale. Reason? He is a builder too! Now it is open to interpretation whether or not he is covered by the diktat from Matoshri.
