Khan and Otwal,a third-year student, are among the seven persons named in the chargesheet. Former Registrar Vijay Sharma,Examination Controller S S Rana,Deputy Registrar Ravindra Kakodia, and two employees of the university’s confidential section,Jaideep Pande and Pradeep Shukla, are the remaining accused named in the 400-odd page chargesheet.
