Seema,who played the lead in I V Sasis Avalude Raavukal,will reprise her role in the movies sequel. The actress played a teenage sex-worker in the original movie. Seema will now play a prostitute who is in her 50s and has a daughter. Jagathy Sreekumar,Vijayaraghavan,Janardhanan and Kaviyoor Ponnamma would be part of the sequel that will start rolling soon. The film will be written by Alleppey Ashraf,who had scripted the original. But instead of I.V.Sasi who had directed Avalude Raavukal,debutant P H Hameed will direct the sequel. Mukesh in Sarkar ColonyMukesh plays the lead role in Sarkar Colony that will be directed by V.S.Jayakrishnan. The film has Devayani as the heroine,while Jagathy Sreekumar,Jagadeesh,Suraaj Venjaramoodu,Ashokan,Sona Nair,Seema.G.Nair comprise the rest of the cast. The movies script has been written by V.C.Ashok. The lyrics are penned by Bichchu Thirumana and Rajeev Alunkal and the music has been composed by M.G.Sreekumar. The film chronicles the lives of government employees who live in a colony. Sarkar Colony promises to be a full-fledged entertainer.
