Satellite rights of Ajits Billa 2 bagged by SUN TV

Ultimate Star Ajit may be one of the luckiest actors in Tamil these days. Mankatha was a big hit and now Billa 2,even before its released,is news.

Billa 2,which is released after Billa but is being touted as a prequel,tells the story of how David became Billa. While Billa was directed by Vishnuwardhan,it is Chakri Toleti,who earlier directed the Kamal Haasan-Mohanlal starrer Uanipol Oruvan (the remake of A Wednesday),who is directing Billa 2.

The film is now in the news for its satellite rights that have been reportedly bagged by SUN TV at a whopping price.

Billa 2 has in the cast Parvathy Omanakuttan,Bruna Abdullah,Prabhu,Rahman,Krishnakumar etc. Music is by Yuvan Shankar Raja and reports say that the audio rights too have been sold at a huge price,which remains undisclosed.
