Preity’s chat show to be aired from August 27 on UTV Stars

After playing an employee at a fashion designer’s office in Kyaa Kool Hain Hum,Riteish Deshmukh is all set to play the role of a DJ in the film’s sequel, Kyaa Super Kool Hain Hum.“This will be an altogether different story, and is not a continuation of the original. Though we have Tusshar Kapoor and Riteish playing lead roles as in the previous part,the characters that they play are totally different. While Riteish plays an out-of-work DJ, Tusshar plays the role of a wannabe actor,” confirms the director of the sequel,Sachin Yardi,who also wrote Kyaa Kool Hain Hum.

The film,that will go on floors in mid-September,is slated to release in April-May next year. It will be shot at Goa and Mumbai and will be made with a moderate budget.

Karisma Kapur’s voice-over for Kareena in Bodyguard

Karisma Kapur,who is back in business,having signed Vikram Bhatt’s Dangerous Ishq is reportedly in the running for the main lead opposite Sanjay Dutt in Satte Pe Satta,has landed another assignment. The actress is giving the voice-over for Kareena Kapoor in some flashback portions in the to-be-released Bodyguard. It will be interesting to see how the older sister, with her husky voice,will fill in for the younger Kapoor. Directed by South director Siddique,the film is a remake of the South film of the same name and has Salman Khan in the title role.
