Senior advocate and Team Anna member Prashant Bhusan has accused the PMO of being a part of the conspiracy to suppress the report of the Central Forensic Science Laboratory (CFSL),Chandigarh,which says the Shanti Bhusan CD has been doctored. He also accused the Home Ministry of having played an active role in both the suppression of the Chandigarh report and the dissemination of the Delhi CFSL report which said the CD was genuine. His remarks came after an RTI reply that the forensic examination by CFSL Chandigarh shows the CD was not genuine as there were changes in signal level and contextual variations. He claimed the PMO in response to RTI filed by Subhash Aggarwal,gave him only Delhi CFSL report and not the Chandigarh report. Bhushan said he did not rule out the possibility of active involvement of the Home Ministry or some people from the government or the Congress party in the creation of the CD and would therefore move court once the Lokpal battle is decided.
