One song with Ileana costs a producer Rs 50 lakh

Actress Ileana D Cruz recently made news with the one and only song that she shot for a Kannada film. Ileana,who is a sought-after actress these days,made producer Sandesh Nagaraj spend as much as Rs 50 lakh on her for appearing in a single song sequence in the Indrajith Lankesh-directed Huduga Hudugi,which has Dhyan (known in Hindi as Sameer Dattani) in the lead role. While an amount of Rs 30 lakh was reportedly paid to Ileana as her remuneration for the song,almost Rs 20 lakh were spent for her accommodation.

But since Nagaraj has plans to come up with the Telugu and Hindi dubbed versions of the film,the extra expense of Rs 50 lakh is not a matter of worry for him. Huduga Hudugi has Sada and Lekha Washington in the female lead roles.
