Omar’s uncle points finger at forces,PDP

The killing of a police official by unidentified gunmen in Srinagar has sparked a row between rivals National Conference (NC) and Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). The row was sparked after Chief Minister Omar Abdullah’s uncle Mustafa Kamal said the finger of suspicion for the policeman’s killing goes “towards security forces and the political forces opposing NC and the coalition government”.

“I believe,many people have opened shops,which are reaping the benefits of militancy. They are in security forces,among the separatists and in political parties as well. The PDP is at the forefront. Day and night,they are in search how to topple Omar Abdullah’s government,” Kamal said reacting to the killing of policeman Sukhpal Singh in Srinagar.

“The finger of suspicion goes towards security forces and to those political parties which are against National Conference and coalition (government).”
