The Special Cell of the Delhi Police arrested a suspected member of a banned Manipuri militant outfit from the national capital on Saturday. The suspected militant,arrested from South Extension in Delhi,has been identified as R K Raghunath Singh. According to the initial information,the 30-year-old suspect had been hiding in Delhi for the past four years while the Manipur Police kept its hunt on to nab him. We have arrested him in the evening and are interrogating him. We have also passed on the information to the Manipuri police, said a senior police officer.
