The hearing in the Aman Satya Kachroo ragging case was postponed to Monday by the Himachal Pradesh High Court. The HC,which had taken suo motu cognisance of bail being granted to all four accused in the case,put off the hearing to give time to the accused to defend the bail granted to them by a Fast Track court at Dharamsala.
The High Court forbade the Fast Track Court from passing any further order since the matter is now under its consideration. Justice Dev Darshan Sud,who is heading the single bench,conceded the plea of the defence counsels to enable them to produce certain records which they claimed entitled them to seek bail.
