The special CBI court has sent Vijay Sai Reddy,vice-president of Jagati Publications,to judicial custody till January 17. Vijay Sai was arrested on Monday in the illegal assets case against Y S Jaganmohan Reddy,who owns Jagati Publications. The court was hearing a petition filed by the CBI,seeking 15 days remand. However,it found fault with the CBI for not producing the remand diary and pulled it up for not clearly stating the reasons for seeking remand and also failing to mention charges against the accused.
