Shares of Indiabulls Real Estates rose more than 2 percent on Monday after its unit won a bid for prime land from Indiabulls Real Estates) on Friday for 15.05 billion rupees. Shares opened up up 0.77 percent. NTC sold the land through an online auction that started on Wednesday. The 8.37 acre plot of NTC's Bharat Textile Mills in central Mumbai had a reserve price of 7.5 billion rupees. At 9:03 a.m.,shares were trading at 172.9 rupees,up 1.91 percent in a Mumbai market that was up 0.17 percent.
