Love U8230;Mr.Kalakaar!
Sony Music,Rs 160
Sandesh Shandilya sticks to old-world melody but the contemporary tweak could have been better. The best track is Vijay Prakash-Shreyas simplensupple Tera intezaar, which stays in your mind. Sarphira sa hai dil Neeraj-Shreya and Kahin se chali aa Mohit Chauhan-Shivangi Kashyap are pleasant to listen to and may catch on. The rest of the tracks, including the English,Reaching for the rainbow Jenice Sobti-Vinnie Hutton are okay.
Crackers
FilmyBox Music
This one is strictly forgettable, with not a single song worth investing attention and time on,thanks to an all-pervading mediocrity across compositions Dilip Sen,Parvesh-Darpan,lyrics and vocals. Skip it if you love film music.
Shor In The City
Sony Music,Rs 160
Shreya Ghoshal-Tochi Raina score in the catchy and folksy Saibo,a Sachin-Jigar song that has already made waves. The other Sachin-Jigar tracks are typically contemporary and rauc rock?-ous. Composer Harpreets solo effort Deem deem Shriram Iyer works while we listen, but does not stay with you.
Luv Ka The End
Yash Raj Music,Rs 160
Ram Sampath delivers a fluffy score that works principally because of the melody innate to the peppy sound and rhythms. The best track is Freakout Joi Barua-Aditi Singh Sharma that has a lot of zing,Aditi Singh Sharmas solo Luv ka the end and Suman Sridhars gentle Tonight also score. The much-hyped The mutton song Krishna Beura is a tepid-rock qawwali with corny but harmless words.
