Mortgage lender Dewan Housing Finance (DHFL) today posted an 18.30 percent jump in June quarter net at Rs 77.83 crore,up from Rs 65.79 crore in the year-ago period.
The company’s total income grew 48.46 percent to Rs 738.90 crore,it said in a statement issued here.
The outstanding loan book swelled 39.51 percent to Rs 21,397.37 crore,it added.
Its margin contracted by 0.04 percent over the year to 2.81 percent while there was an improvement in the net non performing assets ratio,which was down 0.10 percent to 0.13 percent,the company said.
The company scrip went down by 2.89 percent to close at Rs 144.25 on the BSE,whose 30-share Sensex gained 1.20 percent in today’s trading.
