Deutsche Bank launches retail ops in Ludhiana

Deutsche Bank AG,India announced the launch of its retail operations in Ludhiana.

Deutsche Bank AG,India announced the launch of its retail operations in Ludhiana,one of the largest cities in the state of Punjab.

This follows the launch of the Bank’s retail operations in Moradabad on April 10,2010,taking its network in India to 15 branches. In addition to these two cities in North India,Deutsche Bank has presence in New Delhi,Gurgaon and Noida.

The Ludhiana branch,located at Green Park Avenue,Canal Colony,Pakhowal Road,will offer the full suite of banking products and services to customers.

To meet the financial needs of individual and business customers,the offering will include deposit products like current and savings accounts,private banking solutions,credit cards,mortgages as also investment and insurance products. Customers will be able to use phone banking services as well as Deutsche Bank’s cutting-edge online banking platform and will also have access to the Bank’s owned and shared ATM network.

Deutsche Bank will also offer an array of integrated and innovative solutions in the areas of Cash Management and Trade Finance to corporate clients and SMEs based in Ludhiana.

The new Ludhiana branch was inaugurated by Gunit Chadha,Managing Director and CEO,Deutsche Bank,India. Speaking at the launch event,Chadha said: “Ludhiana is one the premier cities of Punjab and we are delighted to offer our world class financial and advisory services in this vibrant market.”
