Cain endorses Gingrich ahead of Florida primary

Ahead of Tuesday’s crucial Republican presidential primary in Florida,former hopeful Herman Cain,who was the only black candidate in the race,endorsed Newt Gingrich’s White House bid.

“It is time for conservatives and Republicans to refocus their attention on the ultimate mission of defeating President Obama,” Cain said. In a statement Sunday,he said he believed that Gingrich,former Speaker of the House of Representatives,is the “bold leader we need to accomplish this mission.” Cain was himself in the race for US presidential elections before he dropped after allegations of sexual harassment against him.
