Centre yet to look at concerns on GST
Mumbai: Calling for more interaction between the Centre and the states to resolve the differences,Chairman of Empowered Committee on Goods and Services Tax Sushilkumar Modi said the Centre is yet to assure the states on fiscal autonomy,powers to fix tax rates and impose levies,compensating them for revenue loss and establishing a dispute settlement authority,once GST comes into effect.

GANDHINAGAR: After signing of the State Support Agreement(SSA) agreement with Maruti Suzuki for its manufacturing facility here,Gujarat CM Narendra Modi said Gujarat has emerged as a prominent global hub in the automobile sector. The journey started with Tata Nano,Ford,Peugeot,and now Maruti… which will strengthen brand Gujarat as a globally preferred business location, said Modi.
