Brad Pitt will play a mobster in the comedy crime story Cogan's Trade,a project that reteams him with Andrew Dominik,his director of The Assassination Of Jesse James By The Coward Robert Ford. Pitts character,Jackie Cogan,is a professional enforcer who investigates a heist that takes place during a high stakes poker game under protection of the mob. Sources say Dominik is seeking to reunite some of his Jesse James actors for the independently financed ensemble movie,including Sam Rockwell and Casey Affleck. Also on the list are Mark Ruffalo and Javier Bardem. The Hobbit gets two new stars Two more names have been added to the cast of The Hobbit James Nesbitt and newcomer Adam Brown. Nesbitt is set to play a dwarf named Bofur. Brown will play Ori,another dwarf who fights the infamous dragon,Smaug. They join a cast headed by Martin Freeman as Bilbo Baggins. Production is underway in New Zealand of The Hobbit,which will be split into two films for release in December 2012 and December 2013.
