Arhar,dal up on scattered retailers demand

Traders said scattered demand from retailers mainly led to rise in wholesale arhar and its dal prices.

Prices of arhar and its dal prices today rose by Rs 50 in the wholesale market here in limited deals.

In the national capital,arhar and its dal gained Rs 50 each to Rs 3,500-3,800 and Rs 4,950-5,150 per quintal respectively.

Masoor small 3,000-3,300,bold 3,100-3,350,Dal Masoor local 3,700-3,800,best quality 3,800-4,000,Malka local 3,700-3,750,best 3,950-4,050,Moth 1,700-2,000; Arhar 3,500-3,800,Dal Arhar Dara 4,950-5,150.
