Seeking commutation of Ajmal Kasabs death penalty to life sentence, the Supreme Court-appointed amicus curiae Raju Ramachandran on Tuesday concluded his arguments by blaming young age and religious exploitation for the gunmans role in the 26/11 terror attacks in Mumbai.

The Bench, led by Justice Aftab Alam, however did not agree with Ramachandran, who submitted that Kasabs case was like that of any other murder accused.
