NEW DELHI, Feb 5: Kiran Walia has filed her nomination papers as the Congress candidate from Hauz Khas for the Delhi Assembly by-election. The Hauz Khas seat fell vacant when BJP MLA, former Delhi CM Sushma Swaraj, resigned from the House. The election will be held on February 22.
