Minor rapedA four-year-old girl of Jambusar was raped by an unidentified person at a wedding ceremony on Monday night, the police said. The victim is undergoing treatment in the SSG hospital, the police added. The police is investigating the case.TheftA handbag, containing Rs 28,336, driving licence and vehicle papers, kept on front seat of a Maruti car GJ-AA-6966 was stolen by three unidentified people, the police said. When the owner of the car, R C Chetre, got down from the vehicle near the Canara Bank leaving his bag on the front seat, three bystanders told him that his money had fallen below the car. When he bent down to look for it, one of them picked up the bag lying in the car and all ran away. The police have registered a case and are investigating.
