Three votes that will make him rich again.Three votes that no one is quite sure he has.``I don't know, but I'm hopeful,'' Tyson adviser Shelly Finkel said. ``I think our chances are better than they were before.''Tyson again goes before Nevada boxing authorities today to try and convince a majority of the five-member state athletic commission that he has paid his price for biting Evander Holyfield's ears and deserves a chance to fight again.He comes armed with a psychological report that says he is mentally fit to pound on people to make a living. But he also comes with questions about a Maryland traffic altercation still hanging over his head - questions that he refused to answer in his first Nevada hearing a month ago; questions that will have to be answered if he is going to fight again.Commissioner Luther Mack said, ``Mike is going to have to explainwhat happened there and explain it in his own words.''
