GUWAHATI, June 10: Hardly four weeks after the killing of 18 Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) jawans, Tripura militants have struck again, this time taking the lives of 18 others, including 16 jawans of the territorial army and the General Reserve Engineering Force (GREF).

The militants, suspected to be of the National Liberation Front of Tripura (NLFT), ambushed two vehicles carrying the para-military force personnel killing 18 and leaving six others critically injured.
